Our 104 plate jack stack is the perfect piece of kitchen equipment to be able to get plates of food out of the kitchen into the serving area. On castors, this jackstack has room for 104 plates, and also allows head room in each segment for the plate to have food on it. Whilst your catering team might also use hot holding cupboards for hot food, jackstacks are great for prepping desserts, for instance, whilst the main course is being eaten, and then wheeling it into a walk-in fridge or other cool area at large scale dining events.
